Here is a step-by-step process on how to get professionally built wheels by Spoke Wheel Works
STEP 1
Please contact us to arrange a visit to our workshop. During your visit, we can discuss your needs, review your options, and begin the process of crafting or repairing your wheels to perfection.
STEP 2
During your workshop visit, we will thoroughly assess your wheels to determine what is needed to bring them back to life, ensure their safety, or customise and upgrade them according to your preferences. We’ll discuss all available options to meet your specific requirements and enhance your riding experience.
STEP 3
For straightforward builds or repairs, pricing and turnaround can be determined during your workshop visit. For more complex needs, we will email you the estimated cost and turnaround time.
STEP 4
Your wheels are ready for collection! We will reach out to you by phone or email to arrange a convenient pickup time. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Existing Spokes: If your wheel still has spokes, it allows us to accurately measure and order new ones.
2. Intact Spokes: Please refrain from removing spokes before bringing your wheel to the workshop.
3. Spoke Removal: If spokes have already been removed, it is not an issue; we can determine the necessary sizes using precise methods.

Please note that we recommend and it is your responsibility to insure the delivery of your wheels.
