Welcome, I’m Rory, owner and founder of Spoke Wheel Works, the premier destination for bespoke handmade spoked wheels for motorcycles and bicycles. I developed a passion for motorcycles at the age of 12, after working in a butcher’s shop and saving up for my first bike. I meticulously maintained that 4-stroke Yamaha and have since owned and worked on a wide variety of motorcycles.
My fascination with how things work has driven me to adopt a meticulous build ethic over the years. During a custom bike build, I delved into the intricacies of wheel customization and reached a point where I sought to master the art of wheel building.
To refine my skills, I trained under the guidance of Vince Warner, a true master of bicycle and motorcycle wheel building.
My primary goal in wheel building is to create wheels that enhance both the aesthetics and performance of my customers’ bikes, making them proud to showcase their custom wheels.
